This elite netball initiative is designed to support and develop emerging high-performance athletes across the Central Coast and Hunter Regions.

Selected athletes will train alongside Heart's Premier League athletes and receive specialist coaching from SSN, State and Premier League program coaches.
Our TAiP is an individualised program for athletes turning 15-18 years of age in 2026.

Gima Crowdy
Central Coast Heart Netball are thrilled to announce that Gima Crowdy has been appointed as Specialist Coach across both our Premier League and TAiP (Talented Athlete Immersion Program) and will lead the 2026 TAiP season as Head Coach! An Elite Accredited Coach, Gima brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for athlete development. She returns to Central Coast Heart Netball following her impactful work as a Specialist Coach in 2025, supporting both our Premier League and TAiP programs.
Gima’s strength lies in educating, nurturing, and supporting individual athlete growth, making her the ideal leader for our TAiP athletes as they continue their netball journey. We’re excited to welcome Gima back and can’t wait to see the incredible influence she’ll have on the next generation of Central Coast Heart athletes.
TAiP Assistant Coach
Nicole Stevenson
Nicole Stevenson, our 2025 Opens Apprentice Coach, will continue with Heart in 2026 in the role of Apprentice Coach across our Premier League teams as well as TaIP Assistant Coach. She brings a wealth of international experience, having proudly represented Ireland as both a player and coach. Her coaching philosophy centres around teamwork, strategic play, and the individual development of each athlete—values that strongly align with the TAiP program’s vision.
TAiP Assistant Coach
Jade Nicoll
We are also thrilled to welcome back Jade Nicoll to the Heart family. Jade brings extensive coaching experience at both local and representative levels. She has previously worked as a head trainer across multiple sporting codes, including rugby league, soccer, and netball. We’re excited to see her return to the High-Performance space, notably with our TAiP athletes bringing her holistic approach to athlete development.
TAiP Manager
Maggie Saunders
Maggie SAUNDERS returns as Manager of our TAiP – Talented Athlete Immersion Program – for 2026. After doing a fantastic job managing the program in its inaugural year, we’re excited to see Maggie continue supporting our future stars. Maggie told us “She is thrilled to be back with the Talented Athlete immersion Program in 2026. she's excited to build on the success we had in our inaugural year and is looking forward to seeing these future stars develop, train and thrive within our amazing Heart PL space".
TAiP – Tier 1
Tier 1 represents a pathway to the Netball NSW Premier League program for our aspiring elite athletes. These selected athletes will now have the unique opportunity to engage in our talented athlete pathway, training alongside Heart’s Premier League players and receiving specialist coaching from SSN, State, and Premier League program coaches.
This is an incredible opportunity for athletes to refine their skills, deepen their knowledge, and take the next step in their netball journey.

TAiP – Tier 2
Tier 2 provides a pathway for our young and aspiring pre-elite athletes, offering them the chance to take an important step forward in their development. These selected athletes will now have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in our talented athlete program, training alongside Heart’s Premier League players and receiving specialist coaching from SSN, State, and Premier League program coaches.
This is an incredible opportunity for each athlete to refine their skills, build confidence, and elevate their netball careers.
